Make it more likely my employees are engaged

1 min read: I took the leap and with some help, gave my direct reports an anonymous behavioural survey to get some feedback on my own behaviour as a leader.

My main finding from the survey was that I wasn't spending enough time with my team or identifying and removing barriers to their jobs. It's still a work in progress but I'm happy to say that almost two months in I've been able to meet my personal goals of helping my team succeed all the while improving my relationship with them and their own job satisfaction.

It seems a little bit of feedback on my own behaviour was the perfect nudge to help me, help my team.
